Rochedale Family Practice

The owners of an established medical practice purchased this Rochedale building with a plan to consolidate their operations under one roof. What they acquired was four separate tenancies — 84sqm, 50sqm, 69sqm and 134sqm — totalling approximately 337sqm and requiring full demolition.

Working from a blank canvas, Growth delivered a complete family practice: an open arrival and waiting area, multiple GP consulting rooms, a treatment clinic, a dedicated skin treatment clinic, an in-house pathology clinic, and a range of offices including nurses’ stations. A staff kitchen and rest area opens onto an external patio, giving the team a functional break space away from the clinical floor.

The result is a considered, cohesive environment finished to the Growth Workplace Design standard.
