Our Story
In 2018, three friends gathered on a golf course in Brisbane with an idea - Growth Australia, a venture that would transform workplace design by placing people at its heart.
Six years later, as Growth Workplace Design, we still hold true to our founding vision. Jason, Tim, and Ian led us on a path of adaptation and growth to meet new challenges, but the focus has always stayed on the people: our clients and their teams. We’ve found when we focus on people, everything else falls into place.
We’re more than just a business – we’re a team dedicated to ‘Refreshing Work’. We design and build beautiful spaces, sure, but our real joy comes from making a lasting impact, embracing the journey, and giving back to our community.
