Morgan Conley sought to relocate to new premises, presenting the opportunity to create a purpose-designed workplace that reflects their evolving business and corporate identity. The building’s location and expansive view corridors became key drivers of the planning strategy, with extensive glazing to offices and meeting rooms maximising natural light deep into the floorplate while maintaining visual connectivity throughout. The interior palette draws on Morgan Conley’s brand identity, combining muted grey tones with bold navy accents, warmed by timber finishes across the furniture and bespoke joinery, with profiled acoustic panelling and textured carpet adding visual interest throughout.
As a legal practice, acoustic performance and privacy were fundamental design considerations, ensuring confidential conversations could take place while creating a comfortable and productive working environment for staff. The workplace also prioritises a welcoming arrival experience, incorporating a contemporary reception, flexible meeting spaces, and an inviting kitchen and breakout area that encourages informal collaboration, staff wellbeing, and everyday connection.
