Global law firm DWF, headquartered in the UK, partnered with Growth Workplace Design to establish their new Queensland headquarters.
Previously based at the Riverside Centre, Growth was engaged through an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process to assist with test fits, budget advice, and building selection. Brisbane’s iconic Riparian Plaza was chosen for its location and quality of amenity.
Working closely with DWF’s local stakeholders and aligning with their global design standards, Growth collaborated with Savills Project Management, acoustic engineers, and base building consultants to deliver the fitout in just 10 weeks.
Spanning 1,207sqm, the new workplace prioritises flexibility and collaboration. Traditional offices were reduced in favour of open, adaptable zones, acoustic meeting spaces, and sit-to-stand workstations. Highlights include bespoke Corian joinery in reception, a tech-enabled kitchen and coffee bar for events and town halls, and a dedicated wellness room.
The result is a sophisticated, modern office that reflects DWF’s global identity while supporting the agility and culture of its Brisbane team.
