At 300 Adelaide Street, Growth Workplace Design delivered a 140sqm spec suite that was leased directly off the plan before construction was even complete. Working closely with the incoming tenant, our team made a series of minor adjustments to ensure the space aligned perfectly with their needs, allowing them to move in the very next day after handover. True to our commitment, the project was completed on time and on budget.

The design makes a strong impression within a compact footprint, balancing functionality with refined detailing. Key features include a bold archway entry, crisp white accents, and natural travertine tiles, all combining to create a timeless and professional aesthetic.
