The design of the spec suite focused on establishing a multifunctional and adaptable environment, catering to diverse needs, seen through the use of loose furniture in the kitchen / breakout area which was arranged to accommodate various requirements, allowing the space to easily transform into an additional meeting room. The design of the spec suite focused on establishing a multifunctional and adaptable environment, catering to diverse needs, seen through the use of loose furniture in the kitchen / breakout area which was arranged to accommodate various requirements, allowing the space to easily transform into an additional meeting room. The design concept focused on creating a sophisticated, positive, and comfortable work atmosphere. This ambiance was achieved by introducing a slightly darker and luxurious ambiance in the entrance, boardroom, and office areas. Moving further into the space, the atmosphere transitions into a light and bright open plan workspace and kitchen/breakout area, evoking a cozy residential feel that enhances the overall experience.
