A 400sqm spec suite on Level 23 of 12 Creek Street, delivered for Marquette Properties and leased the same week as handover. The brief called for a turnkey workplace that would appeal to a broad tenant market without feeling generic, the response is a layout that moves from arrival, through collaboration, into focused work, tied together by a consistent palette of pale oak, off-white and deep burgundy.

The brief called for a turnkey workplace that would appeal to a broad tenant market without feeling generic, the response is a layout that moves from arrival, through collaboration, into focused work, tied together by a consistent palette of pale oak, off-white and deep burgundy.
Open workpoints sit beneath sculptural acoustic ceiling rafts and are framed by integrated planter boxes, with arched focus pods and a stone-topped collaboration bar anchoring the centre of the floor. Banquette dining and a full kitchen with city views complete the breakout zone, while a formal boardroom sits behind full-height glazing at the perimeter. Growth is now back on the same floor working with the neighbouring tenant on a refresh of their space.
