Selecting the ideal premises for our new Growth HQ

Selecting the ideal premises for our new Growth HQ

An imperative part of our relocation journey was undoubtedly choosing the right property for our new Growth HQ. The implications of selecting the ideal office tenancy go much farther than simply aligning the company size with the correct square meterage for your current team.

As part of our Early contractor involvement (ECI) process, Growth assists our clients by conducting due-diligence and analysis of their shortlisted properties early in the fitout journey. For our project, we applied this same process, combined it with our understanding of the Brisbane leasing market, and threw in some advice from our network of friendly tenant reps to ensure that we selected the best property solution for our vision and requirements.

The process led us to 260 Queen Street, where we have leased Level 12. The commercial real estate leasing market is more competitive than ever, however, through our close and collaborative work with our clients, we understand the key elements and facilities that potential tenants look for – and in fact, expect – from their new premises.

260 Queen Street has recently undergone a full refurbishment with a view to increasing its competitiveness in the market and new tenant attraction. For Growth, the property ticked all of our checkboxes including a stunning 5 Star entrance lobby, upgrades to end of trip facilities, as well as extensive on-site retail and food & beverage amenities.

An iconic building that is situated in the heart of Brisbane city, 260 Queen Street is ideally positioned nearby our ongoing projects and close to our clients and partners. The Growth team thrive on the relationships that we develop with our clients, so a workspace designed for collaborating and entertaining was another key project driver.

Our in-house design team were mindful of the importance of maintaining the positive and social team culture that we have developed. A generous breakout space will foster connection and interaction, and the addition of some fun and engaging features such as a golf simulator and a roll-out putting green will make the office a place to gather, socialise and offer a superior employee experience.
